MWA is for kids who love wrestling and are ready to train hard, stay positive, and become the best wrestler they can be. Year-round club. Application-based. Limited spots. Summer Season: June 8 – Aug 2.
MWA launched last summer with a small core group of committed wrestlers. In our first season, we proved what happens when you put serious athletes in a serious room with serious coaching. Now we're expanding — 55 spots total across elementary, middle school, and high school.
We master the basics and train like college-level athletes. During freestyle season, we compete at the toughest and best tournaments in the country. Our goal is to develop wrestlers who make world teams.
Year-round club. We train freestyle, compete at the toughest tournaments, and develop athletes with the goal of making world teams. Wrestling runs Mon–Fri. S&C runs Tue & Thu. Located at 23020 Ireland Road, South Bend, Indiana.
For wrestlers 3rd grade through high school who are already developed and ready to train at a high level. Learn college and senior world-level technique. USA Wrestling card required.
Available as an add-on for MWA wrestlers in 6th grade and above. Sessions include a warm-up, some days a run, then circuit workouts designed for explosion, fast-twitch muscle development, and footwork.

The wrestling room stays elite. Every athlete is reviewed by coaching staff before being accepted. Film, accolades, and goals required.
Chase Saldate is actively training for the 2028 LA Olympics. He's not a retired coach — he's in the room with you every day, still grinding.
This isn't a factory program. Every athlete in the room is here because a coach vouched for them. You'll be pushed by people who are serious about the same thing you are.
Wrestling runs Mon–Fri (9:30 AM–1 PM). S&C lifts on Tuesday & Thursday (1:30–2:30 PM). Friday is match day.
